Serious Help Needed - Guild Wars Forums

Hey Guy's

I have been playing guild wars now for about a year....tok me ages to complete nightfall lol now i have 3 chars on that and the other games...
anyway, i have just been banned for 72 hours for offensive behavior apparently..code 045....now in the year i have been playing i have halped many new players out and never...and i must stress never been offensive to anyone!!!! I was just wondering if anyone has been in a situation like this? and if so what did they do? the only thing i can think of is one guy...that said if i didnt buy his axe he would report me for some randome thing (basically bribing) but that was like 2 weeks ago.
